KAUFMANN® Grainy Exterior Paint

KAUFMANN® Grainy Exterior Paint is a water-based, matt, high coverage, decorative topcoat specially formulated for exterior facades, developed with "boron-silicone technology". Thanks to its maximum breathability and high water repellency properties, it helps to keep facades dry and provides long-lasting facade protection. It offers four-season superior performance against the harshest climatic conditions.

Application Surfaces

Kaufmann Grainy Exterior Paint can be used on surfaces such as plaster, scattered plaster, comb mosaic, concrete, exposed concrete, betopan, MDF, OSB, as well as on old painted surfaces that have lost their color but are in good condition.
Thanks to its high breathability It is especially recommended to apply on jacketing (thermal insulation) systems.

Application

The application surface must be clean, dry, sound and self-supporting. Dirt, dust, mold oil and loose layers must be completely removed. On newly plastered surfaces, the setting time must be at least 28 days should be removed. Any loose plaster or weak sections on the surface should be scraped off and repaired if necessary. Afterwards Kaufmann Primer should be applied, and the paint process at least 2 times should be realized as

Surface and ambient temperature during application +5°C to +30°C should be between.
